During our second phase, we extensively assess the needs of the client in order to address concerns, get the client up to speed and to start a project in an appropriate manner to avoid inaccuracies.

Design
In the third phase, many factors must be taken into account including subjective factors that cannot be quantified, estimates of how well the design meets requirements, available technology, effectiveness, cost, schedule and risk.

Creation
During this phase, we examine all information accumulated during the Discovery Analysis and execute the creation of the desired solution in a suitable manner.

Deployment
After the creation of the desired solution, we will implement and examine the solution in order to determine any faults that might be lurking or any omissions that need to be addressed prior to client engagement.

Interaction
Once we’ve exhausted all avenues to ensure we’ve created an efficient and elegant solution, we initiate client participation to examine the solution and to address any possible bottlenecks that could be problematic at a later stage.

Handover
This is our favourite phase! Once the client is satisfied with the delivered solution, ownership is handed over to the client. Thereafter, we provide additional support to the client for the solution if and when needed.
